Meet The Founder
I started Nam Botanica from my own desire for natural ingredients. I've always felt close to nature and believe that the best products are created from it.
My grandma taught me about herbs, and growing up I used them to heal. In college I studied Biomedical Science as a pre-med, but after getting my degree, I went back to the basics: nutrition and herbs. I studied nutrition and then Chinese Medicine, until one thing became clear: healing starts with nature.
While working at one of the largest herbal pharmacies in the country, I started to notice a recurring pattern: most people didn't know what they wanted when it came to supplements and body care. They knew buzzwords like "inflammation" and "gut health", but when it came to the core of their goal, much of what they wanted came from an online trend.
People wanted to buy their way into health by buying the next "best" thing.
This problem became a big part of why I started Nam Botanica. It wasn't only from my own desire to use natural ingredients; it was also about creating something for people who simply want to feel better without all the complexity of having to know exactly what to choose and why.
